The Shasta Regional Transportation Agency (SRTA) is seeking proposals (35 pages or fewer) from qualified consultants to develop creative proposals for public engagement, conceptual designs, and grant writing for walking and biking projects in the region’s low-stress active transportation network, feeder routes, and other active transportation facilities. The projects will need to compete well in California’s Active Transportation Program and other grant programs that fund active transportation infrastructure improvements.
This project is funded with SB1 funding, various regional funds, and, if successful, future grant funding.
Please note that this procurement is open to all qualified proposers. Existing contractual relationships with SRTA will not be considered when scoring proposals.
