The Shasta Regional Transportation Agency (SRTA) is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for proposals from qualified consultants to assist staff by providing general guidance and coordination with interested public and private sector parties to promote a hydrogen fuel economy (Shasta Regional Hydrogen Hub) including hydrogen manufacturing, distribution, fueling facilities, vehicles, and demand for mobile or stationary fuel cell applications. The ideal consultant team would be well-connected with public and private contacts and networks that might be pivotal to economic investments in the Shasta Region, as well as the technological feasibility of hydrogen fuel-cell investments.
