The Shasta Regional Transportation Agency (SRTA) seeks a qualified consultant to prepare a Long-Range Transit Plan (LRTP) for the Shasta Region. The final plan shall include actionable recommendations that will help the region: 1) meet the mobility needs of disadvantaged communities; 2) provide a compelling mobility option for new riders; 3) improve service effectiveness and efficiency; 4) maintain public transportation affordability; and 5) meet regional performance targets for farebox recovery and greenhouse gas emissions.
