The selected architectural consultant will coordinate with the K2 Development (K2) engineering team to deliver preliminary building schematics (i.e. the basic form, mass, location, construction type, and loading) within the context and parameters of the existing subfloor parking garage and city plans for the reintroduction of streets within the Market Street Promenade. Once all site-specific design constraints have been identified and defined, the selected architectural consultant will perform building design development, estimate construction costs, and produce renderings of the completed project with surrounding improvements.
