SRTA Building Remodel

The Shasta Regional Transportation Agency (SRTA) is pleased to announce that we are accepting bids for the remodel of our building at 1255 East Street, Redding, California. The project, in general, consists of providing all labor, materials, tools, transportation, insurance and services necessary to remodel approximately 5,708 square feet of office space and construct exterior parking lot improvements. The architect/engineer’s estimate for the project is: $600,000. A pre-bid conference and site visit is scheduled for 10:00 A.M. local time, on January 19, 2016 at 1255 East Street, Suite 202, Redding, California. Attendance at the pre-bid conference and site visit is not mandatory, but highly recommended. Sealed bids will be accepted until 11:00 A.M. local time, on February 4, 2016, at 1255 East Street, Suite 202, Redding, California. Please see the attached Advertisement for Bids notice for details.
