RTA Solicitation Number: S-00046
The Shasta Regional Transportation Agency (SRTA) is requesting proposals from qualified community-based organizations (CBOs) to provide outreach and engagement support services for the GoShasta Regional Active Transportation Plan Update.
The selected CBO will coordinate with SRTA and Alta Planning + Design, Inc. to support public engagement activities throughout Shasta County, including outreach strategy development, survey promotion, walk audits, community events, and engagement of historically underrepresented populations.
This project is funded through a Caltrans Sustainable Communities Competitive Grant and Local Transportation Funds. The not-to-exceed contract budget is $24,000.
Proposals are due no later than 5:00 p.m. PDT on June 3, 2026.
A virtual pre-proposal conference will be held via Zoom on May 22, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. PDT. Interested proposers are encouraged to RSVP via email.
