The Shasta Regional Transportation Agency (SRTA) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide general legal counsel and specialized transportation law services to the Agency. SRTA is a joint powers authority that serves as the regional transportation planning agency and metropolitan planning organization for Shasta County.
Scope of services
Selected counsel will advise the Board and staff on matters including public agency governance, the Brown Act and Public Records Act, contracts and procurement, real property, and state and federal transportation funding requirements. Specialized or conflict counsel may be engaged on a project basis.

Interested firms should review the full Request for Proposals for submission requirements, evaluation criteria, and the proposal deadline. Questions must be submitted in writing as described in the RFP. Proposals received after the stated deadline will not be considered.
