The Shasta Regional Transportation Agency (SRTA) is the designated Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) for the Shasta County region.
SRTA seeks proposals from qualified consultants to assist the agency in preparing environmental documents and to conduct air quality and greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions modeling in support of the agency’s Regional Transportation Plan (RTP) and Sustainable Communities Strategy (SCS). Consultants should have extensive and recent experience with both the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) related to regional transportation plans, as well as familiarity with ARB’s SCS review process and experience with the California Air Resources Board’s (CARB) Emission FACtor (EMFAC) model.
