Request for Proposals – Architectural and Engineering Services for Building Remodel

The Shasta Regional Transportation Agency (SRTA) is seeking qualified providers of architectural and engineering services to develop specifications, provide final design, bid services, and construction support/administration for interior and exterior improvements at 1255 East Street, Redding, CA, 96001. SRTA seeks a “turn-key” approach, whereby the architecture firm will provide assistance from final design through construction completion. The scope of work will include an interior demolition and remodel of approximately 3,300 square feet of office space and some exterior site improvements. Improvements will address Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accessibility; plumbing, electrical, HVAC, flooring and ceiling improvements; and signage. Proposals are due by 3:00 P.M. on Monday, April 6, 2015. A site visit is scheduled for Thursday, March 26, 2015 from 1:30 – 2:30 P.M. for persons or entities interested in submitting a proposal.
