Overview
Redding Area Bus Authority is the Consolidated Transportation Services Agency (CTSA) for the Shasta Region, i.e., all of Shasta County including the three incorporated cities and area administered by the county. Dignity Health Connected Living (DHCL) is the transit service operator contracted to RABA to operate as the CTSA. DHCL independently is a nonprofit organization providing transportation services to the senior population and mobility impaired. On April 30, 2025, the SRTA Board of Directors designated the RABA as the CTSA and assignment their CTSA and other transportation services agreement with DHCL to RABA effective July 1, 2025. The agreement is through June 30, 2027.
